Live training on cycles and volumes

For anyone who wants to learn to redo the computations on their own, starting from the book and arriving at the whole method.

The path

The book first, then the labs, then the course

The three doors come in sequence and not side by side: each one gives meaning to the next, and the first two are already open.

  1. The book

It explains why the computations come out one way and not another. It is the starting point, and it stays the cheapest way to find out whether this method is for you.

    The book page

  2. The labs

They are the code from the book, runnable by anyone on data with stated provenance. No sign-up and no toll: you open them and you run them.

    Open the labs

  3. The course

It picks up where the book ends and takes the method all the way: from measuring a periodicity to the stage that states when cyclical analysis does not apply.

Cyclical market analysis: from the book to the method

For anyone who wants to learn to measure a periodicity, to validate it and to know when not to apply it.

Enrolment is limited because it is a meeting: we look at the charts together and answer questions, and past a certain number of people that stops happening.

The syllabus

The modules, in full

The complete syllabus is the proof, not the bait: everything the course contains is below, open without asking for anything and readable with JavaScript turned off.

  1. From the chart to the data

How a usable time series comes about: provenance, gaps, time zones, adjustments. It comes first because a mistake at this point makes everything after it false.

  2. Looking is not measuring

Why the eye finds cycles even where there are none, and what tells a measured periodicity from a seen one. This module takes intuition apart before replacing it.

  3. Spectral discovery

Periodogram and the Goertzel algorithm: how a spectrum reads, what a peak means and how far it emerges from the noise.

  4. Validate or discard

The permutation test and the null hypothesis: telling a real structure from a coincidence, and accepting that many periodicities do not pass.

  5. Phase and amplitude

Strictly causal filters: measuring instantaneous period, phase and amplitude without any past value ever being computed from future data. It is the rule that makes a historical check honest.

  6. The cycle hierarchy

The nine principles of the cyclical theory of J.M. Hurst written as executable rules, and the check of a nested hierarchy against each one of them.

  7. When not to apply it

The regime filter: measuring whether a market is in a cyclical regime and stating so when it is not. It comes last because it is the part almost nobody teaches.

What you need to follow it

The book is not a formal prerequisite, but it is the shortest way in: the course picks up where the book ends. You need to be able to read Python code — not to write it from scratch: the notebooks run in a browser, exactly like the labs.

The training

The course is a programme, not a ticket

The course runs entirely remotely, in live video.

The hands-on sessions are watched in real time, remotely, and on working days: markets have to be moving for there to be anything to measure. On a Saturday afternoon there is nothing to look at.

What it includes

  • The volumes, one by one:
    • La matematica di chi perde
    • Testing the Cycles
    • What Survives
    • The Mechanism
  • The research papers, with the data and the code that replicate them.
  • Six months of the platform at the Ecosystem level, at no charge: workstation, profile, flow, cycles, options, plus the AI and the data.
  • The live meetings, and how many there are.to be setThe number of live meetings has not been set yet.

Estimated start: mid-November 2026

Moving up to the Algo Ecosystem

The programme includes the Ecosystem. Anyone who wants the Algo Ecosystem — which adds importing scripts written for other platforms and assisted programming — moves up by paying the difference, with a further discount as a Warrior. It is agreed by writing to us, and there is no button that does it on its own.

Deposit and balance

A 50% deposit on confirmation, the balance two weeks before the start.

We do not split it and we do not use deferred payment services. Not because they do not exist — they work well, and for many purchases they are the sensible choice — but because here they would contradict the first thing we teach: you only operate with capital you can afford to lose. Anyone who needs to defer the enrolment is committing capital they do not have, and this course would not help them: it would expose them.

If this is not the right time, it is not a definitive no. The twenty-nine labs from the book are public and free, the volumes can be taken one at a time, and the method is all in there. That is where you start, and the course stays for when the time comes.

How to pay

Payment is by bank transfer, preferably, or by PayPal. The method is agreed in the conversation: there is no checkout on this page.

Payment in cryptocurrency is possible, for the training only and on request: ask when you write to us. The invoice stays in euro, at the exchange value of the day.

We give the figure to anyone who writes to us: the right question is not “how much”, but “is this for me”.

The meet-up is held once twenty people are in. If the number is not reached the course does not change: it is remote, and the meeting was an extra.

The syllabus is already all here

The syllabus stays open and complete on this page. From here on it is a conversation: leave us a contact and we carry on by email.

Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw, and the deposit is refunded in full.

Are you booking as a consumer or with a VAT number?

We need this to know which terms apply. We ask for nothing else.

Without JavaScript

With JavaScript off you can read, fill in and also send this form: the anti-spam check can’t run without it, and for this form we chose to accept the submission anyway. The other defences stay in place. If you prefer, write to us at info@cryptoverso.net.

The labs from the book stay free, always.
